About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Altius Group.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in facilitating the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals who have experienced injury, illness, or disability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized rehabilitation plans that support a whole-person approach to rehabilitation.
- Complete a range of assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessment (ADLS).
- Utilize problem-solving skills, clinical experience, and knowledge of injury management to perform assessments and facilitate the return to work of claimants.
- Work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, their families, insurance companies, employers, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors.
- Present case information to various stakeholders and provide credible recommendations/solutions to drive the desired goal.
Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Appropriate registration with AHPRA.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Current driver's license and car.
