Bars Leadership Opportunity

A leading hospitality organization seeks an experienced Bars Manager to oversee its bars team at a prominent establishment in Brisbane's CBD. This role requires strong leadership and recruitment skills, with the ability to develop innovative beverage lists, manage programs, and negotiate with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:- Cocktail List Creation: Develop and implement unique cocktail lists for our outlets, taking into account customer preferences and market trends.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Recruit, train, and develop bartenders, bar supervisors, and managers to achieve exceptional service standards.
- Beverage Program Management: Collaborate with the Group Sommelier and Head Sommelier to curate beverage lists, ensuring alignment with our brand and customer expectations.
- Supplier Relationships: Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with beverage suppliers, securing favorable terms and prices.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record as a Bar Manager or similar role, with a focus on leadership, recruitment, and training.
- Beverage Expertise: Ability to create cocktail lists, manage beverage programs, and understand customer preferences.
