Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized bar environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Bar Supervisor or Bartender, preferably in a similar establishment
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to work weekends, public holidays, and closing shifts, as required
