Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team at Eastern Creek Campus.

The successful candidate will oversee project delivery, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.

  • Manage construction contracts and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality builds and infrastructure installations.
  • Report on project progress, forecasting, budget control, procurement, and schedule updates.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the flow of technical information between engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
  • Manage construction contracts and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Lead a high-performing client-side team based at Eastern Creek Campus.
  • Work closely with subcontractors to deliver high-quality builds and infrastructure installations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex building projects.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to identify risks and solve issues early.
  • Sharp eye for detail and solid understanding of mechanical and electrical elements.
