Your Role

We are seeking a Community Care Professional to join our team in Melbourne, providing support to individuals with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, and assistance in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal cares, assistance with mobility, and prompting with medication
  • Promote customer choice, positive routines, and activities ensuring they are meaningful to the client
  • Assist clients to achieve their goals and make choices in partnership with other support networks

Requirements

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability or Individual Support (desired but not essential)
  • Current and valid Driver's Licence and insured, reliable motor vehicle
  • Capacity to embrace a role that is meaningful for the community and yourself
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
  • Proficiency in use of technology such as smartphones, email, and internet
