
Strategic Land Use Specialist

We are seeking an experienced statutory planner to join our team and contribute to the development of our region.
Main Responsibilities:- To develop and implement strategic plans for land use and urban development projects, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- To work collaboratively with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and other key parties, to achieve project goals.
- To conduct research and analysis to inform planning decisions, providing recommendations and supporting evidence to stakeholders.
- To prepare and present reports, proposals, and other documents as required, clearly communicating project outcomes and implications.
- A degree in urban planning or a related field, preferably with postgraduate qualifications or significant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- The capacity to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
- High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify solutions.
