Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Urban Planning or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in urban planning or strategic land use planning.
  • Experience in developing housing strategies, structure plans, and neighbourhood character reviews.
  • Sound knowledge of Victorian Planning System.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Well-developed GIS, visualisation, and mapping expertise.
  • Ability to prepare high-quality written reports and planning documents.
