Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Workday professional to fill the role of HRIS Product Manager.

This position will involve collaborating with stakeholders and internal teams to understand business requirements and implement process improvements.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Lead the Workday configuration strategy in partnership with Global HR Workday Director.
  • Develop project plans using data analysis, constraints, and potential outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders to transform broad requirements into actionable solutions and deliverables.
  • Identify test scenarios, create test scripts, and provide critical support during Systems Integration Testing (SIT).
  • Serve as an expert and primary authority on configurations within your area(s) of responsibility.
  • Stay informed of Workday roadmap developments and contribute to GPC's Workday strategy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years' experience in Workday configuration, preferably in HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, and/or Talent & Recruiting modules.
  • Functional expertise in one or more HR topic areas: HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, and/or Talent & Recruiting.
  • A team-oriented individual who can positively influence and manage the outcomes produced by themselves and their team.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on growth as an individual and for the team locally and globally.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Willingsness to travel internationally once a year.
