The role of a Claims Support Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of services within an organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative and support services, encompassing records management, routine correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Effectively managing financial interactions between claims systems and partnered institutions to facilitate timely payments and reimbursements.
  • Triage of correspondence to ensure efficient communication with multiple stakeholders.
  • Conducting complex data searches and analyses to determine accurate channels for claims management.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of claims processes to provide assistance during high-volume periods.
  • Managing legal panel gateways and compiling information for requests.
  • Collecting and preparing documentation in accordance with organizational standards.
About the Role

This position requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to exercise sound judgment in determining matter referrals or escalations.

  • Prior experience working with claims and/or financial transactions is essential.
  • A strong foundation in administration and data entry is also required.
