Job Title: Claims Support Specialist
Job Description:In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across our CTP and Personal Injury Insurance teams. This includes managing incoming mail, reviewing and classifying documents, preparing correspondence, and handling sensitive claim information.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage incoming mail by scanning, indexing, distributing, archiving, and resolving return-to-sender/unidentified mail.
- Review and classify CTP and PI insurance documents to ensure accurate allocation.
- Prepare, proof, and dispatch outgoing correspondence to support claim lodgement and ongoing management.
- Handle sensitive claim information with confidentiality and care.
- Support audits, reviews, and general administrative tasks as required.
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear, confident communication (both written and verbal).
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on accuracy and timely service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
- Effective planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
