Customer Management and Project Coordination
As a key member of the Aliaxis team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing major customer projects, contracts, and end-to-end customer service to our customers within the Civil Direct market segments.
Key Responsibilities include:
- End-to-end management of orders and projects (medium, large, and major projects) with selected customers across the East Coast of Australia.
- Compilation and submission of tender documents relevant to the civil and infrastructure market.
- Manage selected key customers including quotes, phone/email queries, orders, and relationships against a set range of KPIs.
- Provide great customer experience by maintaining effective communication both internally with key stakeholders and externally with our Civil Direct customers.
- Strict adherence to the agreed KPIs around project timelines, pricing, order management, and delivery.
- Provide positive support to the external sales team to successfully execute key account plans of agreed customers.
- Support a safety-first culture through visible and effective leadership and workforce engagement, to achieve the best possible standards of workplace safety.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, project administration, or pricing required.
- Current or previous experience working for a distributor or supplier to the Plumbing, Hardware, Civil, or Irrigation market segments.
- A resilient and positive personality and exceptional communication skills can collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and deliver upon complex orders and major projects.
- SAP business technology platform experience highly preferable.
