  • Analyze customer data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within sales, marketing, customer experience, or a related field.
  • Strong creativity, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of customer experience best practices, trends, and technologies.
