Procurement and Supply Chain Expert

We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to join our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily purchase orders from local suppliers, ensuring timely delivery expectations are met.
Main Responsibilities- Raise and process daily purchase orders primarily from local suppliers.
- Monitor and manage backorders to avoid delays or stockouts.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to anticipate needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Raise works orders for our onsite fabrication workshop.
- Assist with interstate stock transfers when required.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in purchasing, procurement support, or supply chain-related roles.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Naturally proactive with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Familiarity with Netstock or MYOB CRM or similar.
You are a results-driven individual who anticipates potential issues and takes action to prevent them. You take pride in delivering high-quality work without seeking recognition. You are dependable, solutions-focused, and driven to maintain smooth operations for both internal teams and customers.
