Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This role involves managing the procurement and inventory of materials, ensuring a consistent flow of goods into the plant. The successful candidate will have experience with MRP principles and inventory policies.

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate master data, collaborating with procurement to review opportunities to reduce supply disruption, lead time, and lot size. They will also raise purchase orders and confirm them based on supplier feedback.

Additionally, the Supply Chain Manager will work closely with the market team to ensure agreed understanding of demand, including priorities, timelines, and customer requirements. They will report on reasons for OTIF failures for purchased finished goods and provide input to the S&OP meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
