About the Role

The Product Coordinator is responsible for supporting the ongoing delivery and operations of a national client collaboration platform used across various industries.

This coordination-focused role assists the product team with administration, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

You'll help track tasks, maintain content, prepare materials for workshops or releases, and assist with internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and product-related events
  • Maintain team documentation including product backlogs, action trackers, release calendars, stakeholder registers and product artefacts
  • Assist with internal comms, presentations, and stakeholder updates
  • Help gather, collate, and organise feedback or requests from stakeholders and users
  • Support the upkeep of help content and internal knowledge base
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, dashboards, and executive updates
  • Track and follow up on assigned actions to keep delivery moving smoothly

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience in a support, coordination, or admin role within a corporate environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
  • Familiarity with documentation or task-tracking tools
  • Ability to prepare meeting packs, stakeholder updates, or summary materials clearly and efficiently
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across different levels and workstreams
  • Quick to pick up new systems and able to follow processes with care and attention
