We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our spiritual care team, providing high-quality support to residents and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Co-creating leadership with teams to deliver exceptional spiritual care services
- Recruiting, training, and supervising spiritual care volunteers
- Supporting the coordination, resourcing, and development of initiatives that integrate spiritual care across the organisation
Applicants must have a mature faith and involvement in a faith community or church. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills are essential.
Experience in dementia and palliative care contexts, as well as recruitment and management of volunteers, is highly valued.
Competence in Microsoft Office and related software is necessary. Qualifications in theology or spiritual care are desirable.
Alignment and commitment to our organisation's Mission, Vision, and Values are crucial for this role.
Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and undergo a National Criminal History check.
