Client Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Development Consultant to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our book of business by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across multiple functions within client organizations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities that can be leveraged to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Manage the sales process to successfully progress, win deals, and achieve monthly and annual targets.
- At least 2-3 years of B2B consultative sales experience, preferably in the information services or FMCG industry.
- Strong networking, strategic, and structured communication skills to uncover new opportunities and deepen client relationships.
- Tenacity, drive, commercial awareness, persuasive and negotiation skills to progress and close deals.
- Target-oriented with the ability to meet both revenue and activity targets monthly and annually.
- Ability to manage workload across all clients, balancing proactive commercial activities with inbound leads.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
