As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, communicating with site personnel, and ensuring timely project completion. Your exceptional organizational and time management skills will enable you to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably with Microsoft Project experience (MPP). You should also possess excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, particularly with clients, site personnel, and developers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete experience through the construction process with updates to clients/site/developers.
  • Manage claims and financial management of projects.
  • Support the Project and Construction team by acquiring, distributing, and coordinating information through the construction phase.
  • Deliver highly productive and efficient projects through workflow management.
  • Adhere to established project and cost management strategies.
  • Prepare for and handle handover and quality assurance for each individual lot.
