Nursing Director Projects Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Director to lead our projects in nursing and midwifery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and midwifery, with a proven track record of leading projects and teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the nursing and midwifery workforce
- Provide expert advice and guidance on nursing and midwifery matters
- Lead and manage projects to improve nursing and midwifery services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- Total remuneration value of up to $16,580 per month
- Hourly rate of $87.94 per hour
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Proven ability to communicate relevant, prompt and accurate information
- Ability to discuss contemporary approaches to strengthening the nursing and midwifery workforce
- Able to discuss how to promote and protect organisational values
