">About The Role">Job Purpose

The Brand Ambassador role is responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience that embodies our authenticity. Assist in executing plans and strategies developed by the management team, ensuring operational efficiency that impacts the overall quality of customer experience.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to store targets by achieving productivity standards
  • Achieve or exceed personal sales targets that may vary depending on seasonality
  • Contribute to a positive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and partnership with ambassadors and management team
  • Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions
  • Demonstrate values and behaviours consistent with our culture
">Requirements">To Be Successful

You'll need:

  • At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment
  • Proven track record of successful store operations
  • Experience working with luxury brands is an asset
  • High-volume traffic experience is an asset
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and flexible to work retail hours
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Good understanding of inventory management and point-of-sale systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word and Excel are an asset
  • Good command of English
  • Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
