Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking skilled technicians to join our team in Melbourne, providing technical support for material handling equipment.

The role involves carrying out breakdowns, repairs, and routine maintenance on a variety of equipment across Melbourne. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining mechanical equipment in good working order
  • Providing professional customer service to clients and customers
  • Recording job sheets, timesheets, and administrative tasks accurately

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current driver's license
  • A relevant trade qualification (e.g., Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic)
  • Forklift Licence & LPG Certificate would be an advantage but not essential

You will also need to demonstrate:

  • A strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • A well-developed mechanical aptitude
  • Good time management skills with the ability to work independently
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
