Overview

Join to apply for the Service Technician - Fixed Site role at Toyota Material Handling Australia.

TMHA are seeking Field Service Technicians reporting into our Melbourne Branch to work on all types of material handling equipment. We are accepting Technicians/Mechanics from all relevant trades and will support you through the transition. Multiple vacancies are available.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out breakdown repairs, routine maintenance and preventative service on all types of material handling equipment across Melbourne.
  • Maintain a professional level of service with TMHA clients and customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of job sheets, timesheets and other administrative components.
Qualifications, Requirements & Skills
  • Current Driver's licence.
  • Relevant trade qualification (Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Plant, Diesel Mechanic).
  • Forklift Licence & LPG Certificate would be an advantage but not essential.
Demonstrated Abilities
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Well-developed mechanical aptitude.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to participate in training programs to increase product knowledge and safe work practices.
  • Commitment to maintaining safe work practices.
