Service Technician Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base.
  • Using field-based mobile technology to manage daily work schedules.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records on allocated service vans and customer sites.
  • Participating in industry-leading training programs to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
  • Conducting routine maintenance and completing service work, including reactive and planned services.
  • Accurately maintaining important service records of work performed.
