**Job Description**
We are seeking an Accessibility Tester to conduct manual and automated accessibility testing, evaluating compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective remediation strategies, ensuring digital solutions are inclusive and legally compliant.
Key responsibilities include conducting accessibility audits, delivering remediation guidance, and working on government or large-scale digital projects.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in accessibility testing and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2, ARIA, and assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, keyboard navigation).
- Proven experience conducting accessibility audits and delivering remediation guidance.
