Job Title: Vehicle Preparation Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our service department as a Vehicle Preparation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles meet the highest standards before they are delivered to customers.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled individual who can work efficiently to prepare vehicles for delivery. This includes:

  • Fitting of accessories as requested on the Job card.
  • Ordering parts needed as part of vehicle preparation.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications and requirements.
  • Managing your workspace to ensure a clean, tidy, and safe area.
  • Test driving and conducting final assessments before the delivery of vehicles to customers.

You will also provide a high level of customer service to dealership staff and undertake any other duties as directed by your manager.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Pre-delivery experience (advantageous but not essential).
  • Trade Qualification (advantageous but not essential).
  • A current unrestricted HR driver's license.
  • The ability to work to targets and standards.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a hands-on role that required physical labor.
  • The ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
