**Job Title:** Wellbeing Manager

As a wellbeing manager, you will play a key leadership role in delivering meaningful life programs to our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of opportunities for meaningful engagement, purposeful participation, social events, and activities for all residents.
  • Drive initiatives including Meaningful Mates and Helping Hands.
  • Curate programs to support residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing and overall quality of life.
  • Develop resident care plans and complete lifestyle assessments.
  • Work together with clinical teams and allied health professions to provide a tailored approach for each resident to aid their mobility and independence.
  • Coach care team members to deliver engagements between like-minded residents.
  • Liaise with residents to develop activities and engagements that meet their cultural, spiritual, social, and physical needs and preferences.
  • Engage with residents' families to encourage visitation and socialisation.
  • Apply person-centred care principles in your approach.
