The City is seeking a highly skilled individual to lead its training and development initiatives. This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing training programs that align with the City's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify training opportunities and develop targeted programs.
- Collaborate with department directors and elected officials to identify special training needs and respond to requests.
- Provide support services related to training and development.
This position requires knowledge and experience equivalent to a four-year college degree in a relevant field, such as education, human resources, or business administration. Two years of experience in training and development are also required. A Master's degree and teaching experience are a plus.
Preference will be given to applicants who are full-time residents.
