Job DescriptionThe Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Financial Reporting function within the Client Accounting group(s). This role will require the ability to manage performance, develop career paths, and provide guidance on staffing and disciplinary actions.
The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of financial reporting and analysis, as well as excellent leadership and organizational skills. They will be responsible for interacting with various business areas to determine automation needs and provide ongoing systems support.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct performance management and career development processes, providing input for staffing and disciplinary actions.
- Develop periodic goals, organize work, set short-term priorities, and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Provide input and support to the budget management process.
- Maintain risk management and compliance programs and activities for assigned groups.
- Operate independently, with in-depth knowledge of business unit/function.
- Leadership and organizational skills to develop periodic goals and manage team members.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- In-depth Functional/Industry Knowledge.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
