Job Description

The Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Financial Reporting function for the Client Accounting group(s). This role will involve conducting performance management and career development processes, as well as providing input for staffing and disciplinary actions.

The successful candidate will act as a subject area expert, directing activities of staff and developing and maintaining specific subject expertise. They will also provide advice to internal clients on the implications of business trends, issues, operating environment changes, and firm or business unit strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct performance management and career development processes, providing input for staffing and disciplinary actions.
  2. Develop and maintain specific subject expertise, advising businesses management and relevant third parties.
  3. Provide advice to internal clients on business trends, issues, and operating environment changes.
  4. Interact with various business areas to determine automation needs and provide ongoing systems support.
