Workshop Operations Manager

We're seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Workshop Supervisor. In this role, you'll oversee the coordination of supply, flow, and refurbishment of all second-hand units, while also focusing on people development.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who understands the value of high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory management, including stocktaking
  • Coordinating personnel to carry out quoted work
  • Managing completion dates
  • Coordinating transport of completed units
  • Providing coaching, development, and direction to Workshop Technicians
  • Managing overall technician performance and developing necessary skills
  • Overseeing refurbishing operations
Requirements
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • AS400 experience is desirable but not essential
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
