Engineering Services Capture Lead Role

The Capture Lead Engineering Services role requires a seasoned capture management professional with experience in Defence and Secure Government environments. The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team to secure a leading role in the follow-on MSP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and approve a capture strategy, including business development investments, win strategies, value propositions, and partnership models.
  • Built and maintain senior-level relationships with customers and provide support and insight to drive long-term outcomes.
  • Lead a direct and virtual team to deliver timely and successful results.
  • Influence customer requirements, procurement strategies, and acquisition approaches to align with company capabilities and strategic objectives.
  • Succeed in securing a substantial and leading role for QinetiQ in Engineering Services in Australia.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in major captures in a competitive terrain, preferably with formal training in recognised best practice.
  • Experience working in Defence and Secure Government environments, particularly in Defence and Aerospace markets.
  • An established network with the Defence and Secure Government markets, with a strong reputation built upon consistent delivery.
  • Ability to collaborate internally and externally, with both internal and external stakeholders, to determine QinetiQ's compelling proposition and take the organisation on a journey.
