Job Title: Field Services Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technician to join our team as a Field Services Technician. In this role, you will provide on-site service support for client mine sites, focusing on product installations and maintenance of Hexagon Mining technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site service support for client mine sites.
  • Ensure Hexagon Mining technology solutions operate effectively.
  • Provide training, instruction, and advice to customers.
  • Repair, install, configure, commission, and support electronic systems and radio communications equipment.

As a Field Services Technician, you will work independently or in a team, providing technical support and assistance to customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all Hexagon Mining technology solutions are operating effectively and delivering value to mining operations.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • A trade certificate or equivalent in Auto Electrician, Electronics, Industrial Electronics, Instrumentation, or Communications is required.
  • Experience in electronics, radio, television, automotive, mining, or similar industries is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team; strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Customer-centric and solution-focused approach; agile and adaptable are key traits.
