Our client, a leading provider of workplace rehabilitation services, is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join their NSW team.
As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of Consultants, overseeing the team's performance and quality, exploring new opportunities and growth areas, and mentoring and training junior staff members.

**In this role, your duties will include**:
- Leading and coaching a team of Consultants to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve return-to-work outcomes
- Overseeing the team's performance and quality, exploring new opportunities and growth areas
- Mentoring and training junior staff members to ensure their professional growth
- Providing advice and coaching on case management practices, while also managing a case load of your own
- Identifying Return To Work barriers and designing, implementing, and monitoring programs that assist injured employees in returning to the workforce as required
**What you will need**:
- A strong background in Occupational Rehabilitation
- Registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Psychology, Social Work, or Rehab Counselling
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze information accurately to provide comprehensive assessments
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate, inspire and guide a team towards success
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients
- Passion for making a positive impact on people's lives through work and health
- Current driver's license and access to a vehicle for work-related travel
