We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Burleigh Heads.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a keen eye for detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and serving clients in our showroom, as well as contributing to maintaining our fastidious store.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and support to both retail and trade clients
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge on our products and services
  • Ensuring the visual merchandising of the store is always at a high standard
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion and homewares retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the role:

This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility required.

The successful candidate will need to be available to work Saturdays and must be able to work over the busy Christmas period.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and has a can-do attitude.
