We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Educational Leader to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who shares our vision of transforming education and inspiring educators.
As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in elevating our curriculum and co-designing training opportunities with the expertise of Dr Karen Grubb.
You will be responsible for mentoring educators to achieve excellence in curriculum and documentation, while also promoting a collaborative spirit and open communication within the team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to create safe, welcoming, and inspiring environments for children and families, and to develop your leadership skills through ongoing support and development.
Responsibilities:- Mentor and inspire a team of educators
- Elevate the quality of our curriculum
- Co-design training opportunities with the expertise of Dr Karen Grubb
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a collaborative and inclusive learning environment
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven leadership skills and experience in mentoring educators
- An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or above
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Child Protection Training
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates
