Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Analytics Lead to join our team in the APAC region. As a key member of our Group Strategic Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in delivering analytics and applications that solve quantitative problems for businesses across Deutsche Bank Investment Bank.



About the Role:


This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work at the forefront of risk management and analytics in the financial industry. You will be responsible for contributing to the core risk platform in the APAC region and ensuring it meets globally aligned requirements.



Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Contribute to the development of new functions and resolution of issues within the core risk platform.
  • Adapt global solutions to meet specific business and regional requirements.
  • Support trading desks and Desk Strats throughout the APAC region, covering a range of products traded in the region.
  • Work closely with Trading, Structuring, Technology, and Control functions to drive the build-out of the core risk valuation trading platform.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by helping junior and non-core coding members of the team.


About You


We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of developing or supporting large-scale system programming demands on Linux and Windows platforms, with experience in database and middleware technologies in distributed computing environments.



Your Skills and Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in developing quantitative and analytical models, pricing, risk, and PnL calculations in fixed-income, FX, and credit businesses.
  • Hands-on approach to investigate technical issues from the core code base.
  • Excellent communication skills, allowing for direct communication with trading desks and support functions globally.
  • Highly motivated with a keen willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and deliver complete solutions to production usage.
