Digital platforms are the backbone of modern businesses, offering a seamless experience to customers across various touchpoints. As a Digital Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of these platforms.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our digital presence. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing consumer-facing digital applications, working closely with a small, collaborative IT team and key stakeholders across the business.

Your key responsibilities will include providing 1st and 2nd level support for digital platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, managing incidents, and resolving application errors promptly. You will also liaise with third-party vendors and internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, monitor system performance, and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong technical foundation with exposure to software development or website development
  • Experience working with CRM and CMS tools
  • Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to adapt in a changing digital environment

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role supporting consumer-facing digital platforms. They will possess a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
