Key Responsibilities:
  • Party Host:
    • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure seamless party execution

    • Ensure the party area remains clean and safe throughout the event
    • Personalize the birthday child's experience to create lasting memories
    • Oversee setup and cleanup of party rooms with efficiency
  • Reception Attendant:
    • Extend warm welcomes to guests and facilitate smooth check-in procedures
    • Offer comprehensive information on packages, pricing, and play rules
    • Expertly manage bookings for parties and events, both in-person and over the phone
    • Accurately operate point-of-sale systems
    • Effectively handle waivers, wristbands, and guest inquiries
    • Maintain tidy seating and entry areas to ensure an inviting ambiance
  • Café Attendant:
    • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, snacks, and simple food items
    • Adhere to strict food handling and hygiene standards
    • Operate café equipment with ease (coffee machines, toasters, etc.)
    • Restock supplies as needed to maintain optimal levels
    • Ensure the café area remains clean and visually appealing
    • Process customer transactions with accuracy and professionalism
Requirements:
  • Aged 15+, with preference given to those with prior experience in café duties
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with children and adults alike
  • Strong multitasking and stress management skills
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
