Leading Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate and deliver care consistent with our policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care Coordination: Coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Professional Boundaries: Apply professional and ethical boundaries when dealing with complex situations, ensuring patient confidentiality and dignity are maintained.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, clients, and colleagues, using clear and concise language to ensure understanding and cooperation.
Selection Criteria:
- Nursing Registration: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Critical Care Experience: Demonstrated ability to work in a critical care environment, with a strong focus on patient safety and quality care.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency in using health information systems, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
- Risk Management: Knowledge and understanding of risk management, safety, and quality principles, with a commitment to minimizing risks and promoting patient well-being.
