Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes and service quality.
- Collaborate with the ICU Director and other stakeholders to achieve service goals and objectives.
- Manage nursing services and resources within the ICU, ensuring efficient use of personnel and equipment.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Extensive clinical and management experience in critical care environment, with postgraduate qualifications in Health Management or working towards same.
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary health care delivery challenges impacting Intensive Care Units, including Key Performance Indicators.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate, inspire, and manage staff to achieve service goals.
