We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Sales Professional in our Launceston store. As a Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering individualised customer service, fostering a fun and supportive culture, and contributing to the success of our store.
About the Role
- Provide exceptional customer service, connecting with customers to discover their story and creating a premium experience by showcasing our Michael Hill product personalised to their desires or occasion.
- Work in a driven and highly measured environment, achieving both personal and team sales goals.
- Contribute to creating exceptional in-store displays and maintaining high presentation standards.
- Be enthusiastic, friendly, and well-groomed with an exceptional work ethic.
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays with a published in advance roster in place.
