Our organization is seeking a skilled procurement professional to manage MRO and capital categories, ensuring continuity of supply, cost optimization, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute sourcing plans, manage competitive sourcing processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business strategy and outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sourcing plans for MRO in accordance with approved strategies
  • Managing competitive sourcing processes, including RFIs, RFPs, and targeted negotiations
  • Holding quarterly reviews with major suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Collaborating with project managers and engineers to execute scope of works/contracts aligned to project schedules and budgets

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced procurement professional with expertise in Capex and MRO procurement, as well as experience working collaboratively with site-based maintenance teams and central engineering teams.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and improve the use of preferred suppliers to leverage our buying power.

As a key member of our procurement team, you will contribute to the development of leading procurement practices and work collaboratively with other members of the team to deliver business strategy, goals, and outcomes.
