Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in procurement or finance, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance and SAP expertise.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development and execution of local buying strategies for the business, leading tactical sourcing for segments to deliver sustainable cost savings programs. They will also be responsible for day-to-day operational management activities through SAP and Coupa.

The indirect category includes MRO, facilities and real estate, business services, IT & Telecom, marketing, media, and contingent labor. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and leading tactical buying opportunities across the business
  • Maintaining Indirect SAP/Coupa price files/contracts including MRO
  • Being the Coupa SME for ANZ and connecting with Global on updates and training programs
  • Ensuring key stakeholders follow procurement policy and systems protocols
  • Supporting the development of strategy and leading the execution of buying strategies for the indirect category
  • Building and leading supplier relationships and program development to deliver significant value for the organization
