About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager or Senior Manager to join our Real Estate Valuations & Analytics team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality valuation services to clients across various industries.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting audit teams in the peer review of valuations for financial reporting
  • Conducting pre- and post-transaction activities by undertaking real estate analysis on a range of assets across Australia
  • Preparing valuation assignments in stabilised assets and development properties
  • Investigating and utilising new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to clients
  • Providing financial and feasibility modelling assistance on projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets
  • Assisting on major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including preparing business cases, transaction strategies, and property development advisory
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
  • A detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills
  • Professional accreditation as a CPV of the API or MRICS
