Valuation Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager to join our Real Estate Valuations & Analytics team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the audit team in the peer review of valuation for financial reporting.
  • Undertake real estate analysis on a range of assets across Australia, supporting pre and post-transaction activities.
  • Work on new and innovative housing models, such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation.
  • Prepare valuation assignments in both stabilised assets and development properties.
  • Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to clients.
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on various projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets.
  • Assist on and be at the forefront of major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including the preparation of business cases, transaction strategies, and property development advisory.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and keen attention to detail.
  • Detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills.
  • Professional accreditation either as a CPV or MRICS.
