About Our Team

We're seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Club Manager at Dingley. This role presents a unique opportunity to drive success and growth in the fitness industry.

The Opportunity Overview

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional member experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop proactive strategies to improve sales performance
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective leadership and management
  • Oversee profit and loss levels to ensure financial stability
  • Lead the delivery of exceptional member experiences and resolve member concerns
  • Recruit, train, and retain staff members to build a high-performing team
  • Hold regular meetings with departmental leaders to align goals and objectives
  • Annual performance appraisals to support ongoing growth and development

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience managing a sales team with direct/indirect reports in a high-volume environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience in managing budgets and monitoring financial performance
  • Ability to engage and inspire a diverse team across club operations
