Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned fitness leader to manage our personal training team and drive business growth.

As a Personal Training Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and training our personal trainers. You will oversee the team's performance and develop strategies to increase client engagement and revenue.

  • Recruit and manage a high-performing team of personal trainers
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Educate on best practices in business management and client acquisition
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Manage financial administration tasks and budgeting
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Fitness or above
  • Fitness Australia registration
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Working with Children check
  • Minimum 3 years industry experience or managing a personal training business
  • Accomplished trainer with a successful track record and client base
  • Strong leadership, communication, and autonomy skills
  • Enthusiasm for health and fitness, and helping others
