The Role
As a key figure in our club's operations, you will inspire and drive success by leveraging your leadership skills, financial acumen, analytical capability, and management expertise. Your responsibilities will include:
- Management of sales budgets and proactive strategies
- Contribution to achieving sales targets
- Management of projected and actual Profit and Loss levels
- Delivery of exceptional member experiences and successful resolution of member concerns
- Recruitment, training, and retention of staff members
- Weekly meetings with departmental leaders
- Annual performance appraisals
Required Skills
You will need:
- Leadership experience managing a sales team with direct/indirect reports in a high-volume environment
- Strong stakeholder management with exceptional verbal, written, and time management skills
- Experience in managing budgets and monitoring P&L
- Ability to engage and inspire diverse teams across club operations
- Exceptional communication skills
