This role involves providing administrative support for engagement and teaching and learning projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and communication to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support by managing timelines, documentation, planning, monitoring, evaluation, and maintaining standard operating procedures.
- Supporting a range of student engagement activities, including major events like Open Day and Orientation.
- Coordinating project communications by drafting emails, documents, and materials, and providing general committee support to ensure effective project governance.
- Coordinating and facilitating stakeholder engagement activities, developing materials, and maintaining strong internal and external relationships to support project objectives.
- Providing administrative assistance across all aspects of project delivery and contributing to Faculty-led initiatives and events.
About This Opportunity
The University's Gatton Campus is looking for an agile and adaptable Project Officer with exceptional coordination, time management, and communication skills. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of impactful initiatives.
About You
We are seeking a candidate with a degree in a relevant discipline and subsequent experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education training. Previous experience working as part of a project team or in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
