Job Description

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for various projects.
  • Prepare, maintain and distribute project documentation.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication within the project team and with external parties.
  • Contribute to project reporting and documentation.
  • Support the Project Manager in achieving project objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Support Officer should have:

  • Experience in supporting technological projects.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
